Breathwork creates the internal conditions for that shift. And it doesn't need to know the story or have the words.


I believe the body was made with the wisdom it needs for healing, clarity, and momentum — our systems just need the right space and support to access it.
I hold that space and support while guiding you to harness your breathing and your senses to tap into yourself. And it's all done in a way that gives you the safety you need to go as deep as you need.

My role is to meet you exactly where you are at and create the safe space for what needs to unfold. I model a presence of non-judgement, acceptance, and curiosity as a way for your system to recalibrate. The parts of you that have needed this get to be met and witnessed in it.
This work is about your needs and your choices. It always honours your pace, your boundaries, and your inner wisdom.
